We have started using Watch Certification Services of America to authenticate, not just Rolex but an entire list of watches that are often counterfeit.
This is not a free service. it costs $49.95 per month or $399.95 a year. Both have a per item search charge, starting at $10 per item with the yearly rate. These charges do not apply to Rolex values, Rolex retail values or watch values. They do apply to Authentication pro and or counterfeit busters. But for our business it’s well worth the cost because of the number of expensive watches we see. –A large percentage of which are fake.
(Most times the customer is not trying to scam us, but bought the watch believing that it was authentic.)
